Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter into thirds
- 1 cup flour
- 1½ teaspoons baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- ¾ cup milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- ½ cup walnuts, chopped
- Maple syrup, for serving

Directions
- Place the Cook &
- Crisp Basket in your Pressure Cooker Steam Fryer.
- Place 1 tablespoon of the butter in the Cook &
- Crisp Basket. Put on the Smart Lid on top of the Ninja Foodi Steam Fryer. Move the Lid Slider to the "Air Fry/Stovetop". Select the "Air Fry" mode for cooking. Air Fry at 165°C for around 3 minutes to melt.
- In a suitable dish or pan, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter either in the microwave or on the stove.
- In a suitable bowl, stir the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Add milk, beaten egg, the 2 tablespoons of melted butter, and vanilla. Stir until mixed but do not beat. Batter may be lumpy.
- Pour batter over the melted butter in the Cook &
- Crisp Basket. Sprinkle nuts evenly over top.
- Put on the Smart Lid on top of the Ninja Foodi Steam Fryer.
- Move the Lid Slider to the "Air Dry/Stovetop". Select the "Air Fry" mode for cooking.
- Cook at 165°C for around 20 minutes or cook until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let pancake rest for around 2 minutes.
- Remove pancake from pan, slice, and serve with syrup or fresh fruit.
