Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons butter into thirds
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1½ teaspoons baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ½ cup walnuts, chopped
  • Maple syrup, for serving

Directions

  1. Place the Cook &
  2. Crisp Basket in your Pressure Cooker Steam Fryer.
  3. Place 1 tablespoon of the butter in the Cook &
  4. Crisp Basket. Put on the Smart Lid on top of the Ninja Foodi Steam Fryer. Move the Lid Slider to the "Air Fry/Stovetop". Select the "Air Fry" mode for cooking. Air Fry at 165°C for around 3 minutes to melt.
  5. In a suitable dish or pan, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter either in the microwave or on the stove.
  6. In a suitable bowl, stir the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Add milk, beaten egg, the 2 tablespoons of melted butter, and vanilla. Stir until mixed but do not beat. Batter may be lumpy.
  7. Pour batter over the melted butter in the Cook &
  8. Crisp Basket. Sprinkle nuts evenly over top.
  9. Put on the Smart Lid on top of the Ninja Foodi Steam Fryer.
  10. Move the Lid Slider to the "Air Dry/Stovetop". Select the "Air Fry" mode for cooking.
  11. Cook at 165°C for around 20 minutes or cook until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let pancake rest for around 2 minutes.
  12. Remove pancake from pan, slice, and serve with syrup or fresh fruit.
