Ingredients
- ½ cup pecans, chopped
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- ½ cup walnuts or almonds, chopped
- ¼ cup Swerve sugar replacement
- ¼ cup unsweetened flaked coconut
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ cup almond flour
- ¼ cup flaxseed or chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons water

Directions
- Place the Cook &
- Crisp Basket in your Ninja Foodi Pressure Cooker Steam Fryer.
- Move the Lid Slider to the "Air Fry/Stovetop".
- Cut a piece of parchment paper to fit inside your Ninja Foodi Cook &
- Crisp Basket.
- In a suitable bowl, mix the coconut, nuts, almond flour, flaxseed or chia seeds, sunflower seeds, butter, Swerve, cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg, salt and water until mixed.
- Spread the prepared granola on the parchment paper and flatten to an even thickness.
- Put on the Smart Lid on top of the Ninja Foodi Steam Fryer.
- Move the Lid Slider to the "Air Fry/Stovetop".
- Cook on "Air Fry" Mode at 120°C for about an hour until golden throughout.
- Remove from your Ninja Foodi Pressure Cooker Steam Fryer and allow to cool.
