Ingredients
- 6 links turkey sausage
- 6 slices of white bread, crusts removed
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup milk
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- Powdered sugar (optional)
- Maple syrup

Directions
- Place the Cook &
- Crisp Basket in your Pressure Cooker Steam Fryer.
- Place the sausage links in the Ninja Steam Fryer.
- Put on the Smart Lid on top of the Ninja Foodi Steam Fryer.
- Move the Lid Slider to the "Air Fry/Stovetop". Select the "Air Fry" mode for cooking.
- Air-fry the sausage links at 195°C for 8 to 10 minutes, turning them a couple of times during the cooking process.
- Roll each sausage link in a piece of bread, pressing the finished seam tightly to seal shut.
- Mix the eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla in a shallow dish. Dip the sausage rolls in the egg mixture and let them soak in the egg for around 30 seconds. Grease the bottom of the "cook &
- crisp basket" with oil and transfer the sausage rolls to the basket, seam side down.
- Put on the Smart Lid on top of the Ninja Foodi Steam Fryer.
- Move the Lid Slider to the "Air Fry/Stovetop". Select the "Air Fry" mode for cooking.
- Air-fry the rolls at 185°C for around 9 minutes. Brush melted butter over the bread, flip the rolls over. Cook on the "Air Fry" mode for an additional 5 minutes. Remove the French toast roll-ups from the basket and dust with powdered sugar, if using. Serve with maple syrup and enjoy.
