Ingredients

  • 6 links turkey sausage
  • 6 slices of white bread, crusts removed
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • Powdered sugar (optional)
  • Maple syrup

Directions

  1. Place the Cook &
  2. Crisp Basket in your Pressure Cooker Steam Fryer.
  3. Place the sausage links in the Ninja Steam Fryer.
  4. Put on the Smart Lid on top of the Ninja Foodi Steam Fryer.
  5. Move the Lid Slider to the "Air Fry/Stovetop". Select the "Air Fry" mode for cooking.
  6. Air-fry the sausage links at 195°C for 8 to 10 minutes, turning them a couple of times during the cooking process.
  7. Roll each sausage link in a piece of bread, pressing the finished seam tightly to seal shut.
  8. Mix the eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla in a shallow dish. Dip the sausage rolls in the egg mixture and let them soak in the egg for around 30 seconds. Grease the bottom of the "cook &
  9. crisp basket" with oil and transfer the sausage rolls to the basket, seam side down.
  10. Put on the Smart Lid on top of the Ninja Foodi Steam Fryer.
  11. Move the Lid Slider to the "Air Fry/Stovetop". Select the "Air Fry" mode for cooking.
  12. Air-fry the rolls at 185°C for around 9 minutes. Brush melted butter over the bread, flip the rolls over. Cook on the "Air Fry" mode for an additional 5 minutes. Remove the French toast roll-ups from the basket and dust with powdered sugar, if using. Serve with maple syrup and enjoy.
