Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango (peeled and chopped)
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (or more to your preferred consistency)
  • 1/2 cup pineapple (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional)
  • Ice cubes
  • A drizzle of honey or maple syrup (optional, depending on sweetness)

Directions

  1. Add mango, pineapple, coconut milk, and ice cubes (place ice on top) to the blender.
  2. Select "Smoothie" program until smooth.
  3. Taste and add honey or syrup if needed.
