Ingredients

  • 300g ground pork (or mixed beef and pork)
  • 1/2 onion (minced) 
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp potato starch 
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Pepper to taste
  • 300g store-bought tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 50g shredded cheese 
  • Parsley, black pepper to finish
  • Ninja CRISPi - FN101

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients for meatballs in a bowl until sticky. 
  2. Add tomato sauce and olive oil to a glass container. 
  3. Form the mixture into about twenty meatballs and place them on top.
  4. Set to "Air Fry" for 15 minutes and press "START". 
  5. Turn over halfway through cooking. 
  6. Set to "Air Fry" again for 10 minutes and press "START". 
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheese over cooked meatballs. 
  8. Set to "Air Fry" again for 3 minutes and press "START". 
  9. Finish by sprinkling black pepper and chopped parsley.
