Ingredients
- 8 ounces (about 12 slices) reduced - sodium bacon
- 8 large romaine lettuce leaves
- 4 Roma tomatoes, sliced
- 8 tablespoons mayo
- Salt and black pepper

Directions
- Place the Cook &
- Crisp Basket in your Ninja Foodi Pressure Cooker Steam Fryer.
- Spread the bacon strips in a single layer in your Ninja Foodi Cook &
- Crisp Basket.
- Put on the Smart Lid on top of the Ninja Foodi Steam Fryer.
- Move the Lid Slider to the "Air Fry/Stovetop".
- Cook on at 175°C "Air Fry" Mode for about 10 minutes.
- Spread a tablespoon of mayo on each of the lettuce leaves and top with the tomatoes and cooked bacon. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Roll the lettuce leaves as you would a burrito, securing with a toothpick if desired.
