  • 6 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Heat the butter in a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat.
  2. Place the eggs, milk, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper into the blender pitcher in the order listed.
  3. Select MEDIUM and blend for about 30 seconds, until the eggs are uniform and frothy.
  4. Once the butter has melted, pour the egg mixture into the preheated pan. Stir with a wooden spoon, scraping the bottom as you go, until all the eggs are cooked, and no visible liquid remains.
