Ingredients

  • 900g chicken wings (drumettes and flats)
  • Kosher salt, as desired 
  • Ground black pepper, as desired
  • 3/4 cup teriyaki sauce, plus extra for serving
  • 2 tablespoons scallions, thinly sliced (optional)
  • Ninja CRISPi - FN101

Directions

  1. Place crisper plate in the Big Batch Container then place wings on top. Add salt, pepper, and teriyaki sauce to 
  2. wings 
  3. and toss to coat. 
  4. Cover container with lid and place in refrigerator to marinate for 30 minutes up to 16 hours. 
  5. When ready to cook, attach 
  6. adapter 
  7. to 
  8. CRISPi 
  9. PowerPod 
  10. and 
  11. place 
  12. on the container. Press MODE to select AIR FRY function, set time to 40 minutes, and press START to begin cooking. 
  13. When 30 minutes 
  14. remain 
  15. on the timer, remove 
  16. PowerPod 
  17. and use silicone-tipped tongs to gently toss wings. Replace 
  18. PowerPod 
  19. and press START to resume cooking. Toss again 2 more times, 
  20. once when 
  21. 15 minutes 
  22. remain 
  23. on the timer and again when 5 minutes 
  24. remain 
  25. on the timer. 
  26. When cooking is complete, add 
  27. additional 
  28. sauce if desired and toss to coat. Garnish as desired and serve warm.
