Ingredients
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 6 tbsp water
- 125g plus 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon, divided
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 55g light brown sugar
- 60ml unsweetened soy milk
- 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 50g granulated sugar

Directions
- In a small-sized bowl, combine the flaxseed and water. Mix well.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, ½ teaspoon of cinnamon, and baking powder. Add the brown sugar, soy milk, coconut oil, and flaxseed mixture. Mix until a sticky dough forms. Refrigerate the dough for at least 1 hour.
- Insert crisper plates in the baskets and spray them with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, combine the sugar and the remaining 1 ½ teaspoons of cinnamon.
- Use a small cookie scoop to make 12 tablespoons of dough. Roll the dough into a donut shape and then roll the dough in the cinnamon and sugar mixture.
- Divide the balls evenly between both baskets, then insert the baskets into the unit. Select Zone 1. Turn the dial to select AIR FRY. Set the temperature to I85°C and set the time to 6 minutes. Press the MATCH COOK button to copy Zone 1's settings to Zone 2. Press START/ PAUSE to begin cooking in both zones. Cook until puffed and golden brown.
- Transfer the donut bites to a platter and serve immediately.
