Ingredients
- Sweet peppers, cut in half &
- remove seeds - 3
- Feta cheese, crumbled - 40g
- Garlic, minced - 1 tsp
- Cooked quinoa - 60g
- Chickpeas, rinsed - 60g
- Cherry tomatoes, sliced - 120g
- Oregano - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp

Directions
- In a bowl, mix quinoa, tomatoes, oregano, garlic, chickpeas, and salt.
- Stuff the quinoa mixture into each sweet pepper half.
- Install a crisper plate in both drawers, then place half the peppers in the zone 1 drawer and half in the zone 2 drawer, then insert the drawers into the unit.
- Select zone 1, select Bake, set the temperature to 200°C, and set the time to 25 minutes.
- Select the Match button to copy the zone 1 settings to zone 2.
- Press the Start/Stop to begin cooking.
- Top with crumbled cheese and serve.
