Ingredients

  • Aubergine, cut in half lengthwise &
  • scoop out the flesh -1 large
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded - 3 tbsp
  • Dried oregano - 1/3 tsp
  • Olive oil -1 tbsp
  • Sweet pepper, chopped -1/3
  • Tomato, chopped -
  • Onion, chopped - 1/2 small
  • Paprika - 1/3 tsp
  • Salt - 4 tSp

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix together aubergine flesh, cheese, oregano, oil, sweet pepper, tomato, onion, garlic, paprika, and salt until well combined.
  2. Stuff the filling in each aubergine half.
  3. Install a crisper plate in both drawers, then place one aubergine half in the zone 1 drawer and another half in the zone 2 drawer, then insert the drawers into the unit.
  4. Select zone 1, select Air fry, set the temperature to 190°C, and set the time to 12 minutes.
  5. Select the Match button to copy the zone 1 settings to zone 2.
  6. Press the Start/Stop to begin cooking.
  7. Serve and enjoy.
