Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries (or frozen, thawed)
  • 1/4 cup mulberries (fresh or dried
  • if dried, soak them in water for about 10 minutes to soften)
  • 300ml Greek yogurt (or plain yogurt)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Ninja Blast Max - BC251

Directions

  1. Combine the Greek yogurt, fresh strawberries, mulberries (if using).
  2. Select 'Blend' program and blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spoon the blended yogurt mixture into a bowl.
  4. Top with fresh strawberries, mulberries, and any optional toppings like granola or chia seeds for added texture and crunch.
