Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries (or frozen, thawed)
- 1/4 cup mulberries (fresh or dried
- if dried, soak them in water for about 10 minutes to soften)
- 300ml Greek yogurt (or plain yogurt)
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

Directions
- Combine the Greek yogurt, fresh strawberries, mulberries (if using).
- Select 'Blend' program and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Spoon the blended yogurt mixture into a bowl.
- Top with fresh strawberries, mulberries, and any optional toppings like granola or chia seeds for added texture and crunch.
