Ingredients
- 200g salmon, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- Pinch of salt &
- black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp Kewpie mayo
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400
Directions
- Mix panko, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Coat salmon bites.
- Air fry at 200°C for 5 minutes.
- Brush salmon with glaze and cook for 1 more minute.
