Ingredients
- 2 slices of sandwich bread (8-slice pack) 
- 8 peeled shrimp (80–100 g) 
- Grated garlic: a little
- A - Fish sauce: ½ teaspoon
- Fish sauce: ½ teaspoon
- Olive oil: ½ teaspoon
- Sake: 1 teaspoon
- Potato starch: ½ teaspoon
- Potato starch: ½ teaspoon
- pinch of salt
- pinch of Black pepper
- Ninja CRISPi - FN101
- Cilantro leaves 
- Sweet chili sauce 
- Lime (or lemon) 
Directions
- Mince the peeled shrimp with a knife or food processor into a paste. Mix with ingredients labeled A.
- Trim the crusts off one slice of bread and cut each slice into four triangles (8 pieces total).
- Place the plate in the glass container and coat with olive oil.
- Set the cooker to

- mode for 10 minutes and press START to begin cooking.
- After cooling, garnish with cilantro leaves, sweet chili sauce, and lime wedges.
