Ingredients

  • Chicken 800g (whole/wings)
  • Dark soy sauce 3 tbs
  • Light soy sauce 1 tbs
  • Oyster sauce 1 tbs
  • Chinese wine 1 tbs
  • Old Ginger, sliced 40g
  • Sesame oil 2 tbs
  • Garlic 5 clove
  • Spring onion, white part 4 pc
  • Cornstarch Slurry, to thicken 3 tsp (1:1 Cornstarch:Water)
  • Fried ginger strands
  • Spring onion, green part

Directions

  1. Cut and mix chicken with marinade (dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, Chinese wine and oyster sauce)
  2. In ninja pot, using sauté function, fry ginger, garlic and spring onion bottom in sesame oil
  3. Once aromats are browned, add chicken in &

  5. Using the pressure cook function, pressure for 10mins
  6. Release the pressure valve, thicken with cornstarch slurry
