Ingredients
- Chicken 800g (whole/wings)
- Dark soy sauce 3 tbs
- Light soy sauce 1 tbs
- Oyster sauce 1 tbs
- Chinese wine 1 tbs
- Old Ginger, sliced 40g
- Sesame oil 2 tbs
- Garlic 5 clove
- Spring onion, white part 4 pc
- Cornstarch Slurry, to thicken 3 tsp (1:1 Cornstarch:Water)
- Fried ginger strands

Directions
- Cut and mix chicken with marinade (dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, Chinese wine and oyster sauce)
- In ninja pot, using sauté function, fry ginger, garlic and spring onion bottom in sesame oil
- Once aromats are browned, add chicken in &
- bring to a boil
- Using the pressure cook function, pressure for 10mins
- Release the pressure valve, thicken with cornstarch slurry
