Ingredients
- 100ml vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons tumeric powder
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 6 limes, squeezed
- 500g prawns, medium, rinsed, peeled and deveined, leaving tails intact
- 15 red chillies, sliced
- 3 bird's-eye chillies, sliced
- 1 red onion, large, peeled and finely sliced
- 1 large tomato
- 1 garlic clove, peeled and finely sliced

Directions
- Marinate the prawns with turmeric powder &
- salt. Drizzle with vegetable oil and transfer to the SmartLid™. Move slider to AIR FRY/HOB mode, se lect AIR FRY function at 200°C for 3 minutes. Set prawns aside after.
- Prepare ground paste by combining all ingredients in a Ninja® blender.
- Using the SAUTÉ function on setting 2, heat oil in the SmartLid™ for 1 minute. Add ground paste and stir-fry for about 15 minutes or until fragrant.
- Add sugar, salt, and lime juice. Mix well.
- Add prawns and sauté them on SAUTÉ function setting 4 for 5 minutes.
- Dish out and serve with cooked rice.
