Ingredients
- 1 cup whole pecans
- 1/4 cup granular erythritol
- 1 large egg white
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients well until pecans are coated evenly. Put into the air fryer basket.
- Set the temperature to 150°C, then set the timer for 6 minutes.
- Shake 2-3 times during cooking time.
- Let it cool completely. Keep in an airtight container up to 3 days.
