Ingredients

  • Ninja CREAMi Ice Cream Maker - NC300
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine the almond milk, vanilla protein powder, peanut butter, and sugar. Blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container.
  3. Place the lid on the container and freeze for at least 24 hours.
  4. After freezing insert the container into the Ninja Creami machine.
  5. Select the 'Sorbet' program and start the machine.
  6. Once the cycle is complete check the consistency. If it's too thick use the 'Re-spin' option.
  7. Serve in bowls and enjoy the Peanut Butter Protein Sorbet!
