Ingredients
- 2 C. ripe papaya, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 14 oz. whole milk
- 4-6 drops liquid stevia
- '/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- Ninja CREAMi Ice Cream Maker-NC300
Directions
- Place the mango pieces into an empty Ninja CREAMi pint container.
- Top with coconut milk, stevia and vanilla extract and stir to combine.
- Cover the container with the storage lid and freeze for 24 hours.
- After 24 hours, remove the lid from container and arrange into the outer bowl of Ninja CREAMi.
- Install the "Creamerizer Paddle" onto the lid of outer bowl.
- Then rotate the lid clockwise to lock.
- Press "Power" button to turn on the unit.
- Then press "SMOOTHIE BOWL" button.
- When the program is completed, turn the outer bowl and release it from the machine.
- Transfer the smoothie into serving bowls and serve immediately.
