Ingredients

  • 4 postulate rolls
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • ¼ cup diced fresh mushrooms
  • ½ teaspoon dried onion flakes
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon dried dill weed
  • ¼ teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon milk

Directions

  1. Place the Cook &
  2. Crisp Basket in your Pressure Cooker Steam Fryer.
  3. Cut a small rectangle in the top of each roll and scoop out center, leaving ½ inch shell on the sides and bottom.
  4. Place butter, mushrooms, and drird onion in the Cook &
  5. Crisp Basket.
  6. Put on the Smart Lid on top of the Ninja Foodi Steam Fryer. Move the Lid Slider to the "Air Fry/Stovetop". Select the "Air Fry" mode for cooking. Cook at 200°C for around 1 minute. Stir and cook for 3 more minutes.
  7. In a suitable bowl, beat the eggs, salt, dill, parsley, and milk. Pour mixture into basket with mushrooms.
  8. Put on the Smart Lid on top of the Ninja Foodi Steam Fryer.
  9. Move the Lid Slider to the "Air Fry/Stovetop". Select the "Air Fry" mode for cooking.
  10. Air Fry the eggs at 200°C for 2 minutes. Stir. Continue cooking for around 3 or 4 minutes, stirring every minute, until eggs are scrambled to your liking.
  11. Remove basket from Pressure Cooker Steam Fryer and fill rolls with scrambled egg mixture.

  13. crisp basket". Put on the Smart Lid on top of the Ninja Foodi Steam Fryer. Move the Lid Slider to the "Air Fry/Stovetop". Select the "Air Fry" mode for cooking. Air Fry at 200°C for 2 to 3 minutes or until rolls are browned.
