Ingredients
- Olive oil
- 1 large red, yellow, or orange pepper, cut into four ¾ inch rings
- 2 tsp salsa
- Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400
Directions
- Preheat the air fryer to 176°C. Lightly spray two baking pans with olive oil
- Place 4 bell pepper rings on the two pans. Crack one egg into each bell pepper ring. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Spoon ½ tsp of salsa on top of each egg.
- Place the two pans in the two air fryer drawers. Air fry until the yolk is slightly runny, 5 to 6 minutes or until the yolk is fully cooked, 8 to 10 minutes.
- Serve hot.
