Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon of honey or preferred sweetener of choice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • Ninja CREAMi Ice Cream Maker - NC300

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine the mango chunks, Greek yogurt, protein powder, sweetener, and cardamom. Blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container.
  3. Place the lid on the container and freeze for at least 24 hours.
  4. After freezing, insert the container into the Ninja Creami machine.
  5. Select the 'Smoothie Bowl' program and start the machine.
  6. Once the cycle is complete, check the consistency. If it's too thick, use the 'Re-spin' option.
  7. Serve in a bowl and enjoy!
