Ingredients

  • 2 boneless pork chops (~150g each)
  • 1 stalk lemongrass, finely minced (white part only)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Optional: 1 tsp lime juice or zest
  • 1 bunch broccolini
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400

Directions

  1. Marinate pork chops in all ingredients for at least 1 hour, preferably up to overnight.
  2. Toss broccolini with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Air fry pork chops at 180°C for 12–15 mins, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.
  4. In second basket, air fry broccolini at 180°C for 7–8 mins until edges are crisp.
  5. Serve together with rice or your favorite carb!
