Ingredients

  • Eggs - 3
  • Almond flour - 260g
  • Lemon zest -1 tsp
  • Canola oil - 120 ml
  • Baking powder - 2 tsp
  • Swerve - 1oo g
  • Lemon juice - 60ml
  • Poppy seeds -1 tbsp
  • Vanilla -1 tsp
  • Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs with canola oil, lemon zest, and vanilla.
  2. Add almond flour, baking powder, lemon juice, and sweetener and mix until just combined.
  3. Add poppy seeds and fold well.
  4. Spoon batter into the silicone muffin molds.
  5. Install a crisper plate in both drawers, then place half of the muffin molds in the zone 1 drawer and half in the zone 2 drawer, then insert the drawers into the unit.
  6. Select zone 1, select Bake, set the temperature to 18o0℃, and set the time to 25 minutes.
  7. Select the Match button to copy the zone 1 settings to zone 2.
  8. Press the Start/Stop to begin cooking.
  9. Serve and enjoy.
