Ingredients
- 150g sweet potato noodles
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 30g spinach
- 30g carrots, julienned
- 30g capsicum, julienned
- 30g yellow onion, julienned
- 30g shiitake mushroom, julienned
- 30ml water
- 30ml japchae sauce
- Ninja 11-in-1 SmartLid Multi-Cooker - OL550
Directions
- Soak sweet potato noodles in a bowl of room temperature water for 1 hour. Ensure noodles are fully submerged.
- Slice carrots, capsicum, yellow onion &
- shiitake mushrooms into thin strips (julienne). Ensure spinach leaves are in single pieces.
- Move slider to AIR FRY/HOB mode and select SAUTÉ function on Hi-5. Add 1 tablespoon of canola oil and cut vegetables into the SmartLid™. Sauté ingredients for about 5 minutes or until onions are lightly browned and vegetables become softer.
- Add sweet potato noodles and water into the SmartLid™. Stir and mix ingredients for 1 minute before switching off the SmartLid™.
- Immediately after switching off the SmartLid™, pour japchae sauce and mix ingredients till sauce is evenly spread.
- Portion out japchae noodles as side dishes to be eaten hot or keep it re frigerated if preferred as cold dish.
