Ingredients
- 300g chicken thigh (cut 3–4cm)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2

- sake
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- A pinch of salt
- 6 tbsp potato starch
- Ninja CRISPi - FN101
Directions
- In a plastic bag, combine ingredients. 
- Add the chicken and massage well. Let it marinate for 15 minutes to overnight in the refrigerator. 
- Prepare the glass container and plate. 
- Put potato starch in a bowl. Coat each of the 10 chicken pieces with starch, shake off excess, and place them on the plate. 
- Set the 
- Ninja 
- CRISPi 
- to ROAST 
- mode with a 7-minute preheat. Press START to begin preheating. 
- When preheating is complete, arrange the chicken pieces on the plate. 
- Select ROAST mode and set to 
- 10 minutes and press START to cook. 
- Once cooking is finished, serve directly or plate as desired.
