Ingredients

  • 300g chicken thigh (cut 3–4cm)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 
  • tbsp 
  • sake
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/2 tsp grated garlic
  • A pinch of salt
  • 6 tbsp potato starch
  • Ninja CRISPi - FN101

Directions

  1. In a plastic bag, combine ingredients. 
  2. Add the chicken and massage well. Let it marinate for 15 minutes to overnight in the refrigerator. 
  3. Prepare the glass container and plate. 
  4. Put potato starch in a bowl. Coat each of the 10 chicken pieces with starch, shake off excess, and place them on the plate. 
  5. Set the

  7. CRISPi 
  8. to ROAST 
  9. mode with a 7-minute preheat. Press START to begin preheating. 
  10. When preheating is complete, arrange the chicken pieces on the plate. 
  11. Select ROAST mode and set to 
  12. 10 minutes and press START to cook. 
  13. Once cooking is finished, serve directly or plate as desired.
