Ingredients
- 250g Japanese brown rice, washed
- 150g broccoli
- 350ml water
- 250ml water
- 250g beef short plate slices
- 100ml bamboo bowls' monk fruit syrup*
- 200ml bamboo bowls' zero-added sugar teriyaki sauce*
- 100g yellow onion
- 60g shiitake mushroom
- 2 tablespoons canola oil

Directions
- Place washed rice and 350ml of water into the pot. Place reversible rack (high version) in the SmartLid™. Move slider to PRESSURE mode and select PRESSURE COOK on Hi for 7 minutes. While rice is cooking, chop broccoli and slice yellow onion and shiitake mushrooms.
- Release the pressure for 10 minutes by turning the valve to VENT. Select KEEP WARM on the SmartLid™ and place chopped broccoli on the reversible rack. Close lid and let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Remove broccoli and rice. Rinse pot, move slider to AIR FRY/HOB mode and select SAUTÉ function on Hi-5. Add canola oil, shiitake mushrooms, and onions. Stir-fry until lightly browned.
- Pour monk fruit syrup, teriyaki sauce and 250ml of water into the pot. Stir mixture until it boils.
- Add beef slices into the pot and stir until fully cooked. Turn off SmartLid™ once completed. Portion out rice, broccoli and beef sukiyaki.
