Ingredients

  • 60 ml honey
  • 60 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 (900 g) pork loin
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the honey, lemon juice, soy sauce, and garlic powder. Reserve half of the mixture for basting during cooking.
  2. Cut 5 slits in the pork loin and transfer it to a resealable bag. Add the remaining honey mixture. Seal the bag and refrigerate to marinate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 204°C. Line the two air fryer drawers with parchment paper.
  4. Remove the pork from the marinade, and place it on the parchment. Spritz with oil, then baste with the reserved marinade.
  5. Cook for 15 minutes. Flip the pork, baste with more marinade and spritz with oil again. Cook for 7 to 10 minutes more until the internal temperature reaches 64°C. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
