Ingredients

  • 52g onion, sliced
  • 71g broccoli florets
  • 116g radishes, sliced
  • 15ml olive oil
  • 100g Brussels sprouts, cut in half
  • 325g cauliflower florets
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Pepper
  • Salt

Directions

  1. In a bowl, toss veggies with oil, vinegar, garlic powder, pepper, and salt.
  2. Insert a crisper plate in the Ninja Foodi air fryer baskets.
  3. Add veggies in both baskets.
  4. Select zone 1 then select "air fry" mode and set the temperature to 190°C for 15 minutes. Press "match" to match zone 2 settings to zone 1. Press "start/stop" to begin. Stir halfway through.
