Ingredients

  • 4 medium Yukon Gold potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • ½ teaspoon ground paprika
  • Salt and black pepper ground, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400

Directions

  1. Slice each potato from the top to make ¼-inch slices without cutting its ½-inch bottom, keeping the potato's bottom intact.
  2. Mix butter with olive oil, garlic, and paprika in a small bowl.
  3. Brush the garlic mixture on top of each potato and add the mixture into the slits.
  4. Season them with salt and black pepper.
  5. Place 2 seasoned potatoes in each of the crisper plate.
  6. Return the crisper plate to the Ninja Foodi Dual Zone Air Fryer.
  7. Choose the Air Fry mode for Zone 1 and set the temperature to 190°C and the time to 25 minutes.
  8. Select the "MATCH" button to copy the settings for Zone 2.
  9. Initiate cooliing by pressing the START/STOP button.
  10. Brushing the potatoes again with butter mixture after 15 minutes, then resume cooking.
  11. Garnish with parsley.
  12. Serve warm.
