Ingredients
- ¾ cup yellow cornmeal
- ¼ cup flour
- 1½ teaspoons baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- ½ cup diced ham

Directions
- Place the Cook &
- Crisp Basket in your Pressure Cooker Steam Fryer.
- In a suitable bowl, stir the cornmeal, flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add egg, oil, and milk to dry recipe ingredients and mix well.
- Stir in shredded cheese and diced ham.
- Divide batter among the muffin cups.
- Place 4 filled muffin cups in "cook &
- crisp basket". Put on the Smart Lid on top of the Ninja Foodi Steam Fryer. Move the Lid Slider to the "Air Fry/Stovetop". Select the "Air Fry" mode for cooking. Air-fry 200°C for around 5 minutes.
- Reduce temperature to 165°C and cook for around 1 to 2 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of muffin comes out clean.
- Repeat to cook remaining muffins.
