Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1-pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 ½ teaspoons minced fresh rosemary
  • Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400

Directions

  1. Place the first 4 ingredients in a small microwave-safe bowl microwave on high for 30 seconds.
  2. Toss the Brussels sprouts in 2 tablespoons of the microwaved mixture.
  3. Place a crisper plate in each drawer. Put the sprouts in a single layer in each drawer. Insert the drawers into the units.
  4. Select zone 1, then AIR FRY, then set the temperature to 180°C with a 6-minute timer. To match zone 2 settings to zone 1, choose MATCH. To begin, select START/STOP.
  5. Remove the sprouts from the drawers after the timer has finished.
  6. Toss the breadcrumbs with the rosemary and remaining oil mixture| sprinkle over the sprouts.
  7. Continue cooking until the crumbs are browned, and the sprouts are tender. Serve immediately.
