Ingredients
- 3 potatoes, parboiled &
- cubed
- 2 blocks of tofu
- 1 block of tempe, cut into cubes
- 2 Eggs
- 6 strands of Long Beans, cut into 2" lengths &
- blanched
- 50g Cabbage, cut into random pieces
- 1/2 Cucumber, cut into chunks
- Ninja CRISPi - FN101
Directions
- Place the potatoes, egg, tofu &
- tempe in a big batch container.
- Attach CRISPi PowerPod to container, press AIR FRY illuminates, set time to 15 minutes, and press START to begin cooking.
- After cooking, cut the tofu into cubes.
- Put the long beans and cabbage into the big batch container, press AIR FRY, set time to 5 minutes.
- Serve with Peanut Sauce or readymade Kuah Pecal.
