Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon of ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon of garam masala
- 1 teaspoon of dry mango powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of Salt
- 1/2 cup chickpea flour
- 2 tablespoons of rice flour
- 500gm bendir / lady fingers
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt, for dipping

Directions
- Whisk together the ground turmeric, chilli powder, ground coriander, ground cumin, garam masala, mango powder, salt, chickpea & rice flour in the big batch container.
- Remove the tip and base of the lady fingers. Then slice the ladies in half, lengthwise.
- Toss the sliced lady fingers into the dry flour mix. Coat each lady fingers slice well. Allow to marinade for 20 minutes.
- Spray the lady fingers with oil.
- Place the lady finger over the crisper plate with slight distance between each slice.
- Attach Power Pod to container, press AIR FRY illuminates, set time to 15 minutes, and press START to begin cooking.
- Sprinkle black pepper over the hot crispy lady fingers.
- Serve with yogurt as a dip if needed.
