French Onion Tofu Dip

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3 tablespoons malt vinegar
- 1/2 cup firm tofu
- 4 ounces fat-free cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup fat-free sour cream
- Ninja Blast Max - BC251
- Ninja Pro Blender - BL450
Directions
- In a 10-inch sauté pan at medium heat, add the oil, onion, salt and black pepper. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes or until caramelized, stirring occasionally. Add the malt vinegar and cook for 1 minute.
- Remove from the heat and let cool for 10 minutes.
- Place the cooked onion mixture, tofu, cream cheese and sour cream into the Ninja 532ml cup and blend for 15 seconds or until completely blended.
