Ingredients
- Store-bought tempura (your choice)
- Warm rice
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 50ml 
- Dashi broth
- 1 small teaspoon 
- Raw sugar
- Ninja CRISPi - FN101
Directions
- Place the plate in a glass container and arrange the tempura.
- Set the 
- Ninja CRISPI 
- for 
- RECRISP 
- for 8 minutes 
- and press 'START' to begin cooking.
- Put all sauce ingredients 
- and reduce over medium heat 
- in a pan.
- Pour the finished sauce over warm rice. Place heated tempura on top of rice and drizzle more sauce over everything to finish.
