Ingredients

  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 2 teaspoons extra-light olive oil
  • oil for misting or cooking spray
  • salt and pepper
  • Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400

Directions

  1. Peel the potatoes.
  2. Using a mandoline or paring knife, shave potatoes into thin slices, dropping them into a bowl of water as you cut them.
  3. Dry potatoes as thoroughly as possible with paper towels or a clean dish towel. Toss the potato slices with the oil to coat completely.
  4. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and add potato slices.
  5. Stir and separate with a fork.
  6. Air fry at 200°C for 5 minutes. Stir and separate potato slices. Cook for 5 more minutes. Stir and separate potatoes again. Cook another 5 minutes.
  7. Season to taste.
