Ingredients
- 60ml almond or coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/8 teaspoon hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 65g panko breadcrumbs
- 30g cornmeal
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 large avocado
- oil for misting or cooking spray

Directions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the almond or coconut milk, lime juice, and hot sauce.
- Place the flour on a sheet of wax paper.
- Mix panko, cornmeal, and salt and place on another sheet of wax paper.
- Split the avocado in half and remove the pit. Peel or use a spoon to lift avocado halves out of the skin.
- Cut avocado lengthwise into ½-inch slices. Dip each in flour, then milk mixture, then roll in panko mixture.
- Mist with oil or cooking spray and air fry at 200°C for 10 minutes, until the crust is brown and crispy.
