Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup brewed espresso, cooled
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup roasted almonds, chopped

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine the heavy cream, milk, espresso, protein powder, and sugar. Blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container. Add the chopped almonds and mix gently to distribute evenly.
  3. Place the lid on the container and freeze for at least 24 hours.
  4. After freezing, insert the container into the Ninja Creami machine.
  5. Select the 'Ice Cream' program and start the machine.
  6. Once the cycle is complete, check the consistency. If it's too thick, use the 'Re-spin' option.
  7. Serve in bowls and enjoy the Coffee Almond Crunch!
