Ingredients

  • 55 g coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 50 g desiccated coconut
  • Olive oil cooking spray
  • 30 g whole wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened dark chocolate cocoa powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 60 ml raw honey
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400

Directions

  1. In the mixing bowl, mix all ingredients.
  2. Then pour the mixture into the molds of the muffin and transfer in the zone 1 air fryer basket.
  3. Cook the muffins at 175°C for 25 minutes.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 190°C. Lightly coat the insides of four ramekins with olive oil cooking spray.
  5. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, honey, egg, and olive oil.
  6. Divide the batter evenly among the ramekins.
  7. Place the filled ramekins inside the zone 2 air fryer basket and bake for 10 minutes.
  8. Remove the lava cakes from the air fryer and slide a knife around the outside edge of each cake. Turn each ramekin upside down on a saucer and serve.
