- 8-ounces cod fillet
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 egg, beaten
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons coconut shred
- 1 teaspoon avocado oil

Directions
- Place the Cook &
- Crisp Basket in your Ninja Foodi Pressure Cooker Steam Fryer.
- Cut the cod fillet into sticks.
- Then mix salt with dried oregano and coconut shred.
- Dip the cod sticks in the beaten egg and coat in the coconut shred mixture.
- Put on the Smart Lid on top of the Ninja Foodi Steam Fryer.
- Move the Lid Slider to the "Air Fry/Stovetop".
- Sprinkle the cod sticks with avocado oil. Cook in your Ninja Foodi Pressure Cooker Steam Fryer at 200°C on "Air Fry" Mode for about 10 minutes.
