Ingredients

  • 1 (8-inch) tortilla, preferably sprouted whole-grain
  • cooking oil spray (sunflower, safflower, or refined coconut)
  • 2 teaspoons coconut sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400

Directions

  1. Cut the tortilla into 8 triangles. Place on a large plate and spray both sides with oil.
  2. Sprinkle the tops evenly with the coconut sugar and cinnamon. In short spurts, spray the tops again with the oil.
  3. Place directly in the air fryer basket in a single layer (it's okay if they overlap a little, but do your best to give them space). Air fry at 175°C for 5 to 6 minutes, or until the triangles are lightly browned, but not too brown—they're bitter if overcooked. Enjoy warm if possible.
