Ingredients

  • Mini peppers, cut lengthwise &
  • remove seeds - 8
  • Cooked chicken, shredded - 90g
  • Basil leaves, chopped - 5
  • Green onion, chopped -1
  • Paprika - 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic, minced - 1/2 tsp
  • Parsley, chopped -1 tbsp
  • Parmesan cheese, shredded - 2 tbsp
  • Cream cheese, softened - 4 tbsp
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, mix shredded chicken, parmesan cheese, cream cheese, paprika, garlic, basil, green onion, parsley, pepper, and salt until well combined.
  2. Stuff chicken mixture into each pepper half.
  3. Install a crisper plate in both drawers, then place half of the peppers in the zone 1 drawer and half in the zone 2 drawer, then insert the drawers into the unit.
  4. Select zone 1, select Bake, set the temperature to 190℃, and set the time to 15 minutes.
  5. Select the Match button to copy the zone settings to zone 2.
  6. Press the Start/Stop to begin cooking.
  7. Serve and enjoy.
