Ingredients
- Jasmine rice 200g
- Water 250g
- Whole Egg, separate yolk and whites 3no
- Oil 15g
- Garlic 20g
- Chicken Bakwa 100g
- Salt to taste
- Chicken Powder to taste
- White Pepper Powder to taste
- Spring Onion, chopped 20g
- Ninja 11-in-1 SmartLid Multi-Cooker - OL550
Directions
- In the ninja pot, pressure cook jasmine rice and water for 5mins
- Release pressure valve, allow rice to cool aside and mix in egg yolk
- In the same ninja pot, using sauté function, add oil and fry garlic
- Add in chicken bakwa and egg white, stir fry
- Add in yolk mixed rice and fry till golden brown
- Season with salt, chicken powder and white pepper powder
- Finish with spring onion on top, serve
