Ingredients

  • Ninja CREAMi Ice Cream Maker - NC300
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup cashew butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine the cashew milk, vanilla protein powder, cashew butter, sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container.
  3. Place the lid on the container and freeze for at least 24 hours.
  4. After freezing, insert the container into the Ninja Creami machine.
  5. Select the 'Sorbet' program and start the machine.
  6. Once the cycle is complete, check the consistency. If it's too thick, use the 'Re-spin' option.
