Ingredients
- 1 C. heavy cream
- 1/2 C. carrot juice
- 1/3 C. light brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. cream cheese frosting
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- Ninja CREAMi Ice Cream Maker-NC300
Directions
- In a bowl, add all ingredients and beat until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into an empty Ninja CREAMi pint container.
- Cover the container with the storage lid and freeze for 24 hours
- After 24 hours, remove the lid from container and arrange into the outer bowl of Ninja CREAMi.
- Install the "Creamerizer Paddle" onto the lid of outer bowl.
- Then rotate the lid clockwise to lock.
- Press "Power" button to turn on the unit.
- Then press "ICE CREAM" button.
- When the program is completed, turn the outer bowl and release it from the machine.
- Transfer the ice cream into serving bowls and serve immediately.
