Ingredients
- 1½ pounds 85% lean turkey
- 1 teaspoon Creole seasoning
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- ¼ onion, grated
- ½ teaspoon paparika
- 1 teaspoon Tanasco sauce
- ½ teaspoon cayenne

Directions
- Place the Cook &
- Crisp Basket in your Ninja Foodi Pressure Cooker Steam Fryer.
- In a suitable bowl, mix the turkey, garlic, onion, Tabasco, Creole seasoning, thyme, paparika, and cayenne. Mix with clean hands until mixed. Shape into 16 patties, about ½ inch thick.
- Put on the Smart Lid on top of the Ninja Foodi Steam Fryer.
- Move the Lid Slider to the "Air Fry/Stovetop".
- Working in batches, arrange the prepared patties in a single layer in your Ninja Foodi Cook &
- Crisp Basket. Pausing halfway through the cooking time to flip the half-cooked patties, cook on "Air Fry" Mode at 185°C for about 15 to 20 minutes until a thermometer inserted into the thickest portion registers 75°C.
