Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup canned full-fat coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- 1/4 cup cacao nibs
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- Ninja CREAMi Ice Cream Maker-NC300
Directions
- In an empty Ninja CREAMi pint container, place ice cream followed by coconut milk, matcha powder, cacao nibs and peppermint extract.
- Arrange the container into the Outer Bowl of Ninja CREAMi.
- Install the Creamerizer Paddle onto the lid of Outer Bowl.
- Then rotate the lid clockwise to lock.
- Press Power button to turn on the unit.
- Then press Milkshake button.
- When the program is completed, turn the Outer Bowl and release it from the machine.
- Transfer the shake into serving glasses and serve immediately.
