Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 600g chicken breast or thighs
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons oil/ghee
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 tomatoes chopped
- 1 thumb ginger chopped
- 4 cloves garlic chopped
- 6 unsalted cashew nuts
- 1 teaspoon kasturi methi (fenugreek leaves)
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder
- 1 tablespoon masala powder
- 1 tablespoon chicken stock
- Salt and sugar to taste
- 2 tablespoons cream

Directions
- In a bowl, place chicken, honey and paprika. Mix well and set aside for 30 minutes.
- Move slider to AIR FRY/HOB mode, select SAUTÉ function at Hi-5. Add oil and preheat for 3 minutes.
- Add chopped onions, tomatoes, ginger, garlic and cashews to the SmartLid™ base pot and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add in the chilli powder, coriander powder, masala powder, kasturi methi, chicken stock and sauté for another 2 minutes. Remove mixture, blend in a Ninja® blender and set aside.
- Place reversible rack into the SmartLid™, place chicken skin side up on to the rack. Close lid, move slider to COMBI-STEAM mode, and use the STEAM AIR FRY function at 200°C for 15 minutes.
- Once chicken has cooked, remove it and chop into bite sized pieces.
- Add back the masala mixtures into the SmartLid™ that has the drippings along with butter. Check seasoning and adjust to taste. Add chicken into the curry and finish with fresh cream.
