Ingredients
- 8 slices French bread, ½ inch thick
- 2 tablespoons softened butter
- 240ml 
- shredded 
- Mozzarella 
- cheese
- 120ml basil pesto
- 240ml chopped grape tomatoes
- 2 spring onions, thinly sliced

Directions
- Preheat 
- the

- fryer 
- to 175°C.
- Spread the bread with the butter and place butter- side up in the two air fryer baskets. Bake for 3 to 5 minutes, or until the bread is light golden brown.
- Remove the bread from the baskets and top each piece with some of the cheese. Return to the baskets in 2 baskets and bake for 1 to 3 minutes, or until the cheese melts.
- Meanwhile, combine the pesto, tomatoes, and spring onions in a small bowl.
- When the cheese has melted, remove the bread from the air fryer and place on a serving plate. Top each slice with some of the pesto mixture and serve.
